123-REG / WordPress / DNS / Redirect / Site Not Viewable

    Hi,

    the site im wokring on is rafamansfield.co.uk i had no problem installing the wordpress or creating the site i have done many of these before! However this is the first time using 123 reg for hosting and domain purchasing. i saved my wordpress files under the directory rafamansfield.co.uk/rafa i then set onto redirecting rafamansfield.co.uk to the directory and this is where it all went wrong.

    when i type in rafamansfield.co.uk it links me to https://81.21.76.62/rafamansfield.co.uk/index.html and wont showanything even if i type in the specfic directory.

    my dns setting are; https://i43.tinypic.com/2wbxf09.png i have no redirects at all i have deleted them all and it now wont work at all!

    could someone pleae suggest ways to fix this!!

    Why did you install WP in a sub-folder?

    my webhost are terrible and there customer support does not give much helpful answers

    Esmi; i installed in a subfolder as i was converting from running a normal HTML site to running a wordpress and didnt want the wordpress site to be vieable to the public while it was not 100% finished when it was finished i set about redirecting to the sub folder and this where the issues came about

    Remove the redirection and then see Allow WordPress to take over the root domain.

    i have no redirection on now and it wont even show up my root index when i go to rafamansfield.co.uk it should show up the files i have on root also if i type rafamansfield.co.uk/rafa (the subfolder) it still redirects me to https://81.21.76.62/rafamansfield.co.uk/index.html if i could stop it from going to the 81.21.76.62 i would be happy! i feel this could be a problem with my DNS but i dont know how to fix this hence why i have asked for help
