1.2.23 update fails to install move_cms_tree_view_page capability

Great plugin, but the new “move_cms_tree_view_page” capability failed to install properly on update from 1.2.21. Default WordPress install also allows authors to publish posts. That capability should not be removed by this plugin.
Reverting to 1.2.22 until resolved.
