When filling out the form, please select “Pre-sale Question” as the reason for your inquiry. If you choose “Technical Issue,” you will be unable to proceed without an active license, and the form will be blocked. In the message, simply describe the issue, just as you have done here. This way, I will be able to request access details and take a closer look at the problem, which I cannot do on this forum for security reasons
