    Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, I was unable to replicate this issue in my test environment (i.e., no string is being added to the values in order_totals). Therefore, I would kindly ask you to submit your request through our support form, which you can find here: https://wpdesk.net/get-support/.

    When filling out the form, please select “Pre-sale Question” as the reason for your inquiry. If you choose “Technical Issue,” you will be unable to proceed without an active license, and the form will be blocked. In the message, simply describe the issue, just as you have done here. This way, I will be able to request access details and take a closer look at the problem, which I cannot do on this forum for security reasons
