Need some help in WP. How can i create links to the post in format:

post title+mm/dd/yyyy(post date or birthdate of author)+last four letters from authors email (before @).

For example: my e-mail [email protected] my birth-date:12/10/1986 and my post must have link like https://www.mySite.com/post-title-12101986inav/
