12-hour time displaying incorrectly

    Greetings – The “12-hour” time format is not showing correctly. The 12-hour time format is inserting a lead zero for single digit hours. Example: In 12-hour time format, there should not be a leading zero on hours. 9:00 AM should have no leading zero, and 3:00 PM should have no leading zero, etc.
