    The plugin was working fine for a few days, but now it’s not returning any results. The index status says there are 1170 site documents and 0 searchable documents. On the Cloudsearch console itself, it says there are 1170 searchable documents.

    In case it’s relevant, the index status returns an error on the status: “Error loading status: error”

    How can I fix this?

    Hi, the days before were the number of the searchable documents correct?
    Another question, in the “Settings” page, under “Network settings” have you set something in the fields Site/Blog IDs?
    Let me know..

    Yes, the number of searchable documents has always been about the same – 1170 or around there. The number is 1171 today.

    The Site ID and Blog ID fields are empty.

    Ah – the problem was a plugin issue. I deactivated the offending plugin and it works now.
