Fedora Core 2 and WordPress?

Hi all,
I have a fresh Fedora Core 2 installation with LAMP environment (customized the config of Red Hat RPMs). In wp-config.php I filled valid db, user and password (tested with mysqladmin) and my webserver apache 2.0.50 is capable of showing php 4.3.8 files (phpinfo).
But in wp-admin when I call install.php the localhost shows nothing. Which part of phpinfo shoud I post? I am a AMP newbie.
