1.11.0 Update Breaks Display Setting Controls

    Hi

    I Have been using portfolio Slideshow for a while now. I did a update from 1.5.1 to 1.11.0 (also having the Media Library not loading issues that other people seem to be having)

    The titles and captions have disappeared from my slideshows and checkbox controls are unresponsive and do not save correctly. (The show captions button is checked and the titles do not show up) I also am now unable to turn of the enable-autoplay check box, even though it is unchecked in the settings menu. Am I missing something?

    (I am also nervous about trying to downgrade back to 1.5.1)

    I’m sorry to hear about this @xschmitzx –?I don’t have these problems myself so am curious, what version of WordPress are you running?

    I’m having this same issue where my Media Library isn’t loading until I deactivate this plugin. I am using WordPress 4.3.1.

    Well, Just reverted back to 1.5.1 by uploading a previous update via my ftp to

    wp-content -> plugins

    and just replaced the entire folder and turned off 1.11.1.
    Everything is back to working fine Guess I will not do any updating of this plugin

    Hey folks,

    @xschmitzx mentioned version 1.11.1 in their most recent post on this thread, but I just published 1.11.1 a few minutes ago.

    I wrote this update to fix these specific sorts of problems –?please try out 1.11.1 folks, and let me know if it helps with your issues!

    I mean 1.11.0 NOT 1.11.1

    I have not tried 1.11.1 out yet, I’m sure 1.11.1 is fixing the issue

    I’m seeing the issue in version 1.11.1 and WordPress 4.4. My configured settings are not taking effect on my slideshow using the default shortcode [portfolio_slideshow]
