1&1 server and form maker function

I’m using 1&1 server which forms will not submit.
I’m not 100% sure this issue caused by 1and1 server or not but anyway I did everything exactly as instruction but at the end when I click submit it’s not going to work. In fact nothing happens.
How can I fix the issue?
