I am using WP 5.9.3, and Photo gallery by 10Web. I use GoDaddy for my hosting.
I had godaddy activate ziparchieve.php for the “bulk download” features. It is active and I can see the download button at the bottom of the list of photos, but upon pressing the button I get an error
“There has been a critical error on this website.
Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress” but doesn’t give any further information.

Any suggestions on how to resolve the issue?
    Thanks
    Beth

    Hi,

We are sorry for the inconvenience. With a bit of detailed information, we can help you resolve this problem. Could I please ask you to send the link to the page where the issue can be seen?

    Thanks!

    Absolutely! ??

I have tried it with just two photos, same result.
I need to have this work on password protected webpages.
Once the “fix” is applied, will I have to do the same thing everytime to get
    the new pages to work?

    Thanks
    Beth

What I would really like to be able to do, is have a ability for the client to pick whatever photos they want, as individual photos or all of them. Is it possible to do this with this?

    Thanks again.
