Hello, today when wordpress shared my post to the social sites, the post had no picture at all. just the link to my page. I found out it’s Jetpack. So I went to Jetpack page, where I tried to check the share settings and there comes the error 10520. And it says that it can’t communicate with my site. so I did everything that it says there. I updated everything, disconnected reconnected, uninstalled reinstalled. Nothing changed. I have the SEO Yoast plugin and my latest was wordfence….Is this the problem? Please help me, but not in the super computer language. Thanks

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I had a look at your site, and it seems that the WordPress.com servers cannot connect to your server to make the connection with Jetpack. This is because our server cannot verify your server’s SSL certificate.

Here’s a report that gives some more details:
    https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=https%3A%2F%2Fpassionspoon.com%2F

The problem is that OpenSSL doesn’t recognize your certificate’s Certificate Authority’s (CA) certificate. The URL works in most browsers because they allow for certificate discovery by reading the “Authority Information Access” metadata from the certificate, which contains a URL from which the browser can download the CA’s certificate. OpenSSL does not do this though.

It looks like your site is hosted with Bluehost, which has a free CDN feature called SiteLock CDN/WAF that will often conflict with your SSL certificate.

Contact Bluehost and ask them to disable this feature for your site or or upgrade to a paid version of this feature to avoid the conflict. This update (either disabling it or upgrading) could take up to 4 hours to complete, but once that’s done you should be able to connect to Jetpack properly.

Let me know if you still have this problem after Bluehost disables (or upgrades) that feature and I’ll be happy to take a closer look.

Thank you so much. I contacted them and they solved it. Have a great week.

I forgot to mark as resolved ??

SOLVED here too, thank you so much.

My SSL certificate got a B-rating on SSLLab; I was unable to disable CDN/Firewall with Bluehost; support nor I was able to disable it, but they solved it by pointing the domain to the account IP – this only took 10 minutes to go into effect (lucky me.)
