10426 Error

The error 10426 you are encountering seems to be related to the mismatch between the totals calculated by the store and PayPal. To resolve it, please enable the Subtotal Mismatch Behavior options and check with a new order.

If the issue persists, please get back to us with the following additional information. It would help us replicate the issue and pinpoint its cause.

1. The latest PayPal log of the affected order (WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs -> eh_paypal_express_log-yyyy-mm-dd-xxxxx). Please feel free to remove any confidential information from the logs.
2. The WooCommerce System status report (WooCommerce -> Status -> Get system status report)
3. Screenshots of the plugin settings page.
4. URL of the product page in which the error can be recreated.

Thanks for the detailed answer, but I am unable to find the setting you showed.

I have no such settings in the Paypal express settings.

Actually the whole subtotal Mismatch behaviour block is missing.

It seems that the Subtotal Mismatch Behavior Controls feature is currently not available for the PayPal Express button in the free version. We are working on releasing a new version that will include this feature.

We anticipate that the release date will not be significantly delayed. In the interim, we kindly suggest utilizing Smart buttons, as they already have the Subtotal Mismatch Behavior Controls feature integrated. We genuinely appreciate your understanding and patience.

PS: Our pro plugin already has this feature in both Express and Smart buttons

We have added the ability to add or remove extra line items to handle subtotal mismatches in the PayPal Express Checkout method. To receive this improvement, please update the plugin to?version 1.8.6.
