1.1.1 released because … problems on wp repo

Due to a problem on wp.org repository, wp_w3all plugin when downloaded on version 1.1.0, and from 1.0.6 i think, was not adding the needed inc folder, causing error inside front-end widgets last posts and login.
All files was resulting added and present on online trunk. But the plugin was not correctly compiled on download and a folder not added. Now we know that we need double check how repo answer, after an apparently correct new commit!
