    A couple issues. I have had 2 emails saying API error, but most transactions are processed without problems.

    Email:

    DoExpressCheckoutPayment API call failed.

    Error Code: 10004
    Error Severity Code: Error
    Short Error Message: Internal Error
    Detailed Error Message: Transaction refused because of an invalid argument. See additional error messages for details.

    I went to look for error log, but it does not exist in /wc-logs/ and the folder is 775. Settings have Enabled logging /wc-logs/paypal_express.log

    paypal_express.log does not exist.

    Ok, i’ve figured out the error logging. It is here wp-content/uploads/wc-logs.

    Still don’t know why the API call failed though.

    I’m pretty sure that error means the amount specified is invalid. Can you post a copy of the log file that you found so I can get a look at what is getting sent in the request?

    I have not heard back from you on this, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread. Let me know if you’re still having trouble, though.

    We did just release the 1.1.6.3 update, so I would recommend applying that and see if that helps resolve any issues you’re having, too.
