• I’m using a 100% width stretched slideshow in my header. On some people’s computers the first slide first loads as a smaller version from the top-left corner before it fills out the 100% width, so you get a little jump everytime you a load a page with that slideshow. It’s not always there, it depends on who views it and it differs for other browsers. On firefox I have no issue with it at all, but if I use Chrome I get to see it was well. Others use Safari on macbooks and see it as well, while on my own ipad things work fine.

This makes it hard to troubleshoot myself. I tried decreasing the size of the slides to see if it was a loading error but even small files had the same issue.

Maybe you’ve encountered this issue before? I wasn’t able to find it using search actions in this forum.

    This is the url: https://www.studiowitt.nl/indoor/
But, as explained above, you might not see the problem yourself ??

  • Hi wout,

You are correct – I don’t see the issue here sorry. Maybe you could try unchecking ‘No Conflict Mode’ in the slideshow settings, this will speed up the initiation of the slideshow.

Hi Tom. I already tried that, to no effect.
Thanks for checking it out, anyway, appreciated! I’ll try to do some more fiddling, and if that doesn’t work I will have to look for an alternative ??
