100+ subscribers but newsletter only sent to 24

    Hi I captured subscribers via your forms and now have about 100 subsctribers. I created a new newsletter and sent to all lists but see only 24 emails were sent? Please advise what I am doing wrong and how I can send the mail to the ones that didn’t recieve it.
