100% Cpu usage with specific user

  • Hi
    I’m trying your plugins free version before buying. It works completely well but with one specific user i can’t get any search results (100% cpu usage and 502 after that generally).
    I have close to 40 users and it looks like most of them works flawlessly (i can’t test all of them). But for one user things go haywire.
    – Reindexed multiple times.
    – Cleared search results cache multiple times.
    – Tried changing the name of the user.
    – Tried changing the role of the user.
    – I’m running on a vps with 2vcpus and 4gb of ram. For other users there are no problems.
    Any idea what is causing this?
    Ps. I can give you login info privately.
    I’m seeing search results in about 6-7 seconds on other users. For this user it takes about 20-30 seconds and sometimes server just timesout… I have 550~ products in my site.
    EDIT: I’ve found the cause of this problem. I’m using a paid plugin called (TM EXTRA PRODUCT OPTIONS), if user has too much (about 60) products in it’s cart your searches are stalled. I don’t know why the cart items are affecting the search results though…

    Hello,

    Thanks for letting me know about this problem.
    Before this I don;t know about such issue with TM EXTRA PRODUCT OPTIONS plugin.
    I will look on it and will try to solve the problem.
