10 seconds ttfb on dynamic wp pages

For a few days, I’m battling a rather obscure problem:
My webpage goes to 10 second idle before starting to open an URL i clicked on my page. If the page is cached, the site loads really quick. The phpbb forum on my webspace is quick.
But every dynamic wordpress post I try to load needs 10 seconds to load.
I deactivated all plugins – no changes.
The built-in site health plugin shows an REST API cURL 28 error at 10000 milliseconds.
In the error log there is this error shown: (32)Broken pipe: AH01075: Error dispatching request to : (passing brigade to output filters)
Any ideas how I can fix that? Thanks in advance.
