10 Second Initial Load

I’m running three different websites from my server at my house all on the latest version of WordPress. For a while, it has been taking about 10.5 seconds to load initially, then, for a while, it will load the pages in less than a second. I’m not sure what is causing this! I have one line of code in my .htaccess file:
DirectoryIndex index.php index.html
I have tried deactivating plugins, tested MySQL speeds, set the website back to the default theme…….. Not much left for me to try! Here’s the 3 websites on my server:https://www.funkystudios.com
