• got notice that the plugin needed updating… clicked on update and my admin section crashed and the website link to woocommerce was destroyed. Had to restore the site, happily this worked… as I had updated several plugins simultaneously I returned and updated the plugins individually. this plugin caused a crash when updated. my theme is athena pro, a particularly delicate theme. Also I had turned off all caching before the last plugin updating, still this plugin crashed my site.

I have really enjoyed this plugin up to now.

    Hello,
Am so sorry about that. I don’t know what could be causing this crash. Which version did you use before 2.0.13? As we haven’t had any other reports of the latest update causing any crashes (nor did it crash in our own pre-release testing), I think this may be a conflict with another plugin or theme.
To be able to help you with this, I need to know what error PHP throws when the plugin crashes. Do you have access to the PHP error log? If so, can you check for ‘fatal’ errors around the time you updated the plugin? If you don’t have access to these logs, your host may be able to help you find this too.

Let me know and we’ll do our best to resolve this issue ASAP!
