1 widget after content before footer?

Hi Tom,
I would like to have this kind of a layout:

[content]
[widget] – full width, centered, if no other way, it can be in the footer widget area
[f w 1] [f w 2] [f w 3]

I already read looked at this topic:

But am I able to use any widget (in my case mailchimp form) with the custom field-gp hooks?
