-1 white blank page for some customers with PayPal

This also happens to us, a lot of orders also go through (also payment) and we don’t recieve conformation (order status stays “in payment” or slowly goes to “cancelled”)

I’d like to understand your site properly, please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

Unfortunately, I can’t say about patterns, only that it happens with PayPal. I have installed the plugin: “PayPal PLUS for WooCommerce”, maybe this plugin creates the issue?

But @xue28 I can tell you what usually happens. I will give you an example of the last customer. He tried to explain it to me. The customer chooses PayPal as the Payment Method. After clicking the checkout button to pay, the customer is redirected to PayPal (no popup!). The customer chooses his way to pay on Paypal and after buying the web browser reloads, the website is just white with the -1. Since I cannot force this error, I still don’t know where the -1 happens. The customers don’t look up the URL. However, the last customer told me he clicked on the back button of the browser and was brought back to PayPal. He tried to pay again, but he just saw -1 again. The last customer canceled the payment on Paypal by clicking on the “bring me back to the seller’s page” and was redirected to the cart page back.

The customer tried to pay again and this time it worked! However, it also created another new order. Have a look here: https://snipboard.io/h8VY6S.jpg

And @someoneelseentirely is right. The first order is just canceled after a while, because it doesn’t get the payment from PayPal.

I’m not really sure if the timecode is the same as the order timecode (the server is set to German time. I’m not sure what the timecode is set for Logs). But probably this is the PayPal error log line:

I’m not sure how to deal with this error? Should I maybe change the PayPal plugin? It would be sad because I preferred PayPal Plus.

Unfortunately, I can’t say about patterns, only that it happens with PayPal. I have installed the plugin: “PayPal PLUS for WooCommerce”, maybe this plugin creates the issue?
