1 record for each (form and user)?

Hi

I just about to get the Pro. version. But wondering if it will server my needs.

Here is my situation:

I am trying to collect info from my clients for each of my products;
For each products, I create 1 “Form” for each clients, and it should be like a profile form for them and they can see and change data whenever they open the form.

So, I guess what I need is, when it generating the form for user, it populate the value for all the <input>s if record exists (WHERE form_id= and wp_user_email=).

Could you let me know if it’s possible and if so, is it easy to twist? thanks guys
