1 Purchase per User for a Product?

    Hi Vark,

    I have the pro version of your maximum purchase plugin and am having issues trying to configure it correctly. I have a product that I would like to allow only 1 lifetime purchase per user on. I have it set to lifetime purchases using a selection group where I select the custom maximum purchase category from that I have assigned to a product. I then have the quantity rule set to maximum amount 1, and the rule application to all.

    However, when 1 user makes a purchase, then it locks down the product for all other users, so that no one else can make a purchase of that product.

    Is it possible to set it up so that when one user purchases the product, they can’t purchase anymore, but other users can still make purchases?

    Please send:

    (*) the rule:
    – grab a full screenprint of the rule
    – store it in an external service
    – Paste the URL into your support ticket.

    (*) your System Report:
    – Go into wp-admin, select Woocommerce->System Status .
    – Click button ‘Get System Report’ at top of page.
    – Click button ‘Copy for Support’.
    – Copy the result as instructed on the page
    – Paste into your support ticket.

    Ah gotcha, didn’t realize that was the case. Anyways I figured it out, all my testing was coming from a single IP and I didn’t realize there was an option to filter by that. Once disabled it worked great. Cheers on an excellent plugin!
