1 of 17 tables are corrupted

    Tobias,
    You assisted me in retrieving and displaying tables that were showing as “Table can’t be found” and that worked except, of the 17 tables, one is displaying the error that it is corrupted. I read your FAQ page that this is often because there are quotes in the table and a plugin is interfering, although I don’t think that is the problem I’m having as this table contains data similar to the other 16 tables. Any other thoughts about repairing it?

    It isn’t that big of a table. and I see the post in the database. I can probably build a new table; export that field; and then cut and paste the table contents back into the table.

    Hi,

    thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

    Most likely, the JSON code for that table got corrupted somehow.
    To find out what’s wrong, can you take the JSON from that table from the wp_posts table and maybe run it through a service like https://jsonlint.com/ ? That should show where the JSON is broken, so that that can be repaired.
