1 month is renewing 1 day late

  • A subscription of 1 month duration is renewing 1month+1 day causing many issues.
    1 month means 1 month, why is it taking 1 month as 1month+1day

  • Hola, yo tengo un caso más fuerte, apenas hago una compra, el sistema me hace otra compra y con el nombre del cliente pero queda pendiente por cobrar.

    Tengo configurado 1 mes recurrente y a las horas ya está la otra compra.

    ?qué podría ser?

    Hi there,

    The renewal order is created 1 day before the payment due date.
    Maybe is this what you are experiencing? If you prefer, you can configure the subscription product for 30 days instead of 1 month.
