1 hour after subscrib up, it sends out that it is available again, but it is not

Hi @csalamade, we will only send the instock mail, if the admin has set the product as back in stock.

Can you please double check the product configuration.

So far it was good, recently it has gone bad. I tried it, no one touched the product and sent the letter that it was in stock.

As per code there a two function to send email to customer if the product in stock or back order.

1. when a product edit and save with back order or instock.
2. run a cron every one our and chek the product is in stock or back order.

if your order not modified check the back order enabled for this product and also the setting of back order is enable from stock alert setting.

May be this is the issue. Kindly check the back order setting from

stock alert >settings > general > Enable with backorders

Turn off the setting if enable.
