1 form not sending notifications to email address

  • Hi,

    A website I manage for a client is having issues with the Contact Form 7 integration. There are 3 forms on the website, but 1 form does not forward/send form contents to the recpient. All the forms use the same settings, and email addresses (both to and from). But ony 1 form fails to work. This is the form that has the problems: https://www.fitmybedroom.com/book-a-design-visit/

    We have a Contact Form DB plugin installed, and that is actually capturing ALL form entries, so the client is having to revert to this plugin to see enquiries coming in through the design visit form.

    Any ideas why 1 form would be affected even if all settings are the same for all 3 forms?

    You are using an outdated version. Update it to the latest 5.2.2 first.

    Hi, just updated it to version 5.2.2 and also updated WordPress and that form is still not sending notifications/emails.
