-1 Error when moderating comments

  • We are using your plugin on a WordPress blog and when moderating comments from either the front or back end, more commonly the front, we are getting directed to a page that has wp-admin-ajax-edit-comments in the address bar and the page is blank except for a 1- in the upper left hand corner. Is there a way to resolve this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

    What a weird error. Sorry you’re experiencing this.

    What version of the plugin are you running? I would try de-activating/deleting the plugin and re-installing to see if that helps.

    If that doesn’t help, I may need to see your admin back-end. Are you open to that?

    We are running 5.0.26.0. I will try deactivating/deleting and then reinstalling to see if it works. If it doesn’t I have no problem with you taking a look in our back-end. Thanks for getting back to me so quickly.

    I’d also be interested to see if there is a plugin/theme conflict. The main thing I would look in your admin area for is what plugins are running and what theme is running that may potentially alter the links.

    If you need me to have a look, create a test user and send details to ronalfy [at] gmail.com.

    Make sure you do backups and such as a precaution.
