1-click application

Hi .Just started. I have my domain name with Hostgater. I am trying to get 1-Click application from Media Temple to add to my WordPress. Today I called Media Temple they told me to call Hostgater and they told me to contact WordPress. The way I understand it is when I went to Hostgator to to get my domain name and set up WordPress which I did .I was suppose to get another e-mail ether from WordPress, Hostgator, or Media Temple so I can go to Media Temple website sine in and get the 1-click app; Is there anyone that can help me on this. All I need it the 1-click app. for my WordPress. Were was I suppose to get another e-mail from? So i can login into Media temple to get1-click?
