    Hi there, i love your free contribution to the comunity. Very helpful.
    Just tried an ATUM update yesterday to 1.9.24.1. Crashes the site.

    Error code:

    WordPress-Version 5.8.6
    Aktuelles Theme: childTheme (Version 1.0.0)
    Aktuelles Plugin: WooCommerce (Version 5.6.2)
    PHP-Version 7.4.30

    edit: was trying to contribute via your support panel, but forgot my password. Was asking for a new one many times on the login page but email to reset never arrived. Do not want to open up another account and can′t use the former email because it′s used obviously.

    Hi Jose, this is the whole error text i got with the crash information mail. Debug mode is off, so no more information here (or in the debug.log). I′m not keen to do the whole procedure again to generate the error. I hope you understand.

    You are using a very old WooCommerce version.
    Might I ask why don’t you have WooCommerce up to date, please?

    Hi Salva, well, it′s the last main Version before the actual one.
    I will do the whole update procedure when i′ll find the time to take care of all the problems that will definitely occure when doing so ??

    Anyways ATUM should be compatible also with older version, i think?

    @japiera i got your ticket from the ATUM support board. When i click the link to answer i see a “Nothing here” page. So i can′t answer.

    As I can read on your first message, you are actually using WooCommerce version 5.6.2. Is this correct?
    As you can see here:

    This version was released a long time ago and the current one is 7.1.

    ATUM is compatible with old versions but it seems this exact error is giving you is due to some WooCommerce core function that was added in a newer version. So if you want to continue using an old WooCommerce version, you shouldn’t update to the latest ATUM version. We always recommend having all your plugins up to date to avoid this kind of conflict issue.

    And regarding your other issue regarding Ticksy: I don’t understand why are you receiving that “Nothing here” error. I’ve just checked the link Jose has added here and it’s working fine for me.

    Hi Salva, i′m sorry, i was refering to the WP version. Yes, you are right, WC is “very old”. I will update ATUM when i find the time to update WP/WC before.

    I think what is happening.
    You already submitted a ticket and now you want to access our reply.
    FYI, you can only access private tickets if you are logged in with the same credentials you used when you submitted the ticket.
    So click on the top button (sign in) and enter to access, that’s all

    I′m a bit confused right now.

    The problem started with me not being able to recover my password for your forum (lost password, email never arrived. Tried 3 times).
    So i can′t login. This is what the ticket is about ??

    I wasn′t asked for a password when i opened the ticked if i remember right. I′m lost ??

    but i don′t want to rob anymore time on this subject from you. I can use this forum here.

    Let me clarify.

    The forums and Ticksy (the tickets platform) are 2 different support channels we use.
    Each of them has separate login systems.

    For submitting a post in our forums, you need to be logged in. And to submit a ticket too.
    So you can’t submit a ticket if you aren’t logged in. This is the way the “private” tickets work. So only the user who submitted them can access them (with their own account). If you don’t remember the credentials you used there either, you will have to request a new password in Ticksy too…
