I haven’t been able to reproduce this. Is it just the arrows that don’t show up, or the entire button?

That’s strange. I can’t see a reason that would happen. It’s clearly a case where the cells for those buttons are missing, since the other table cells have migrated one position over, but I can’t see a reason why that would happen.

I’m wondering if it’s a CSS conflict; the missing cell has a class .controls; if another plugin is adding css like .controls { display: none; }, that would break things.

If you can either inspect the CSS to see if something like that is happening or cycle through your other plug-ins to try and identify a conflict, that would be helpful.
