We’re pleased to announce that Pardot 1.4.6 is now available.

In most cases you should be able to take advantage of automated updates however, if necessary, you can download the latest version using the above link and update manually. In this version we made the following fixes:

    • Added support for OpenSSL-based protection of settings data, addressing the deprecation and removal of Mcrypt-support in PHP 7.x
    • Implemented changes to ensure the cache can successfully be cleared within environments that use persistent caching
    • Stopped PHP errors that would sometimes arise with empty campaign data, especially in PHP 7.0 and higher (props to @jimcin and @jarvizu for reporting this issue!)

Additionally, the following minor adjustments were made:

    • Resolved an issue that resulted in the display of duplicate confirmation notices when updating plugin settings
    • “Reset All Settings” functionality altered to more reliably delete all settings
    • Added filter hook pardot_get_setting

If you have any questions or concerns about this release, please don’t hesitate to create a new topic and one of the team will be only too happy to help.

  • I’m having an issue with updating my form list on the widget with 1.4.6. I’ve tried clearing cache many times and also signing out and back in on the settings page. Downgrading to 1.4.5 works fine.

    Hi @petebocken,

I’m sorry to hear that and we’ll be happy to help with this.

Before we start, though, would you be able to create a new topic for this? Sometimes we end up with more than one customer reporting different issues to sticky posts like this one, and things quickly become confused.

Also, when you open that new topic, if possible please link to your site and confirm what you do see within the “Select Form” dropdown (is it empty or just out-of-date, etc).

    Thanks ??

Hey there, @petebocken: 1.4.7 has been released and will hopefully address the problem you encountered when trying to clear the cache.

    Confirmed works. Thanks much!
