1.4.5 Disable Font Awesome optimization missing

    Hi, there were some issues because people are using different versions of fontawesome all over the place… so to make it more compatible for everyone, this is now disabled by default.

    It now simply ignores duplicate urls, in case people enqueue the same exact file more than once.
