1.4.4 Issues

Hi, a forum mod has asked this be posted as a separate issue, I’ve just emailed you on your contact link to, but for reference: 1.4.4 no longer brings back search results as it used to.

This is running WP 6.4.2.

Using 1.4.3 when I search for a hex code (or anything at all actually)…

When using 1.4.4 same search…

Just dry runs in the example above, but as you can see it’s 100 results out when comparing 1.4.3 to 1.4.4 so when actually running the replace in 1.4.4 it fails to replace anything. Whereas 1.4.3 runs and replaces everything perfectly.

In terms of debugging, when setting the following in wp-config.php:

define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true);
define(‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true);
define(‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false);

This produces no errors and no log file.

I’m hoping that helps, but as you can see something has gone awry between 1.4.3 and 1.4.4.
