1.4.13 breaks credit card entry

Had an issue where 1.4.13 broke the credit card entry fields on my checkout page, for non-logged-in users.

I got two successful orders from customers before 10am today. Later I updated to 1.4.13, and shortly after, we got a call from a customer who couldn’t enter her credit card info at checkout. The issue was easy to replicate on my end. Placeholder text would not display, and credit fields would not accept a cursor on click and so could not be typed in. The bug did not occur when logged into WordPress. Reverting to 1.4.12 fixed the issue.
