1.0.69.2 : Data Null – Seo 0/100

Hello, I am experiencing the same issue after the Rank Math SEO 1.0.69.2 plugin update the WordPress Activity log showed me that took place on 8-5-2021 – 5:15 pm EST.

ALL products for “Rank Math SEO” are stating “null.” See screen shot: https://snipboard.io/UihJOq.jpg

This support ticket entered on 8-6-2021 – 11:16 am EST.

Please expedite the research and release of a plugin update or fix for this issue. This issue is impacting business operations. Thank you.

It seems to be working fine on our end.

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins, themes, and WordPress (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

If that does not help, can you please open the Developer tool >> Network tab and update the post? The Network tab will show the updateMeta call, if it returns a status other than 200 then that means there is some problem.

That helped a lot, thank you! For me it was DSGVO AIO Plugin thal caused the NULL.

Thank you, for me it is the update of the Font Awesome plugin (version 4.0.0-rc23 to 4.0.0) a few days before, which caused the NULL of your update to you.

Same here with the DSGVO AIO – how did you solve this?

You must not use 2 SEO plugins at the same time.

You should only be using only one SEO plugin at a time.
