0,00 add-on not appearing on invoice

  • Hi there,

    so I have the free plugin. When I change the price to 0,00 € it is not appearing on the invoice.

    –> Click on the link

    For example: The product add on “als Bowl + 0,40” ( when I change the price to 0,00 €, this option is not appearing on the invoice. But as 0,40 € or other price it appears.

    What is the html code, that selections which has 0,00 € value appears on the invoice?

    Hi,
    in this case you should check if you correctly set the label of the option.
    If not, try to correctly set the label of the option and to make a test by placing a new order with that product + add-ons.

    hello. what do you mean with correctly?

    Label: is the name of the product
    price: 0,00
    Amount: fixed

    it appears as 0,00 but on the invoice NOT, when the customer is choosing something what is 0,00 € worth, it s not appearing on the invoice, and I cannot see which free option the customer had choosen.

    I want that the section is visible also on the inovice even it is 0,00.
