Some hours ago a bug was noticed. Always “0” value returned when using “[tptn_views daily=”0″]” shortcode. All was doing fine but suddenly everywhere where [tptn_views daily=”0″] is used it only gives “0” but the tracker is working well, visits are tracked and summed. Could it be a problem with the amount of posts and visits? Is there some incompatibility issue with some plugin?

Tried all the tools plugin provides, still “0” views, and widgets are empty. They don’t display anything. Tried changing visits value in posts, but in front end won’t display any result. Will just have to delete plugin if no solution can be found in a reasonable time.

What is your site url and also where are you displaying the views?

Does it work properly if you add display the count automatically on the sites?

    Hi,
we currently hided plugin in main site (https://misrecetas.eu). But this is one of the test sites where top10 plugin is working: https://neptune.misrecetas.eu
If I thick the option in plugin:

    Display number of views on:
    Posts
    Pages
    Home page
    Feeds
    Category archives
    Tag archives
    Other archives

It will always Display “(Visited 1 times, 1 visits today) -> (Visited %totalcount% times, %dailycount% visits today)”

if I use shortcode “[tptn_views daily=”0″]” (the way it was implemented by template) I get “0” always.

Widget Popular Posts is empty too.

The only plugin we use that could interfere is one that changes url “http” to “https” but was activated some time ago and top10 plugin was working well.
The day top10 plugin stopped working we installed 3 plugins:
Content Aware Sidebars (Barras Laterales) (currently deleted because is not doing what it is supposed to, also we think it can be the one that messed things up)
    bbpress-post-topics
    Front End PM

Deactivating them won’t solve problem. The only changes in database was deleting some post-meta for the bbpress-post-topics while testing. Anyway top10 plugin is currently saving new visits (in admin area plugin still counts up)

    IT’S FIXED!!

Don’t know why exactly. Now it’s simply working. What we did today was:
    1. deactivate all plugins
    2. activate them again

For some reason when activating top10, now configuration was changed.

Have to mention that already tried do deactivate and reactivate top10 plugin with no success. Site uses WP Rocket Cache, and we always clean cache after every change.

For some reason this time top10 is working again.
