0% Tax Question

    Hello
    I am only needing to charge tax on purchases made within Canada. Any other orders are export and no tax is chargeable. I have entered every tax for each province, and set the tax chargeable to be based on shipping address. But how will I set zero tax for every other country?
    If someone puts in a product and chooses the country to be the USA, no tax shows, but putting in a Canadian address seems to add no tax either. At least I cannot see any tax added.

    Hello, you need to create only one tax group called Canada. Then create rates for all needed states. Then go to Configuration and select Canada as default tax group. Make sure that you shipping is enabled, and If you do not want to use shipping use tax mode Based on billing address.
