    I am getting this error.

    There are 0 other tickets in your cart that do not require attendee information.

    Please help me to figure out this.

    Thanks for getting in touch with us.

    I checked and was able to reproduce the issue – https://share.zight.com/04u8LdBw.

    This is a known issue related to our settings for legacy ticket views. To fix this, head over to?Events > Settings > Display > Ticket and RSVP Display Settings?and check the box for?Enable Updated Tickets Experience?and save the settings. This should solve this issue.
