Inventory Not Appearing Correctly

    We are operating with virtual products as we’re selling courses. Having issues with 0 inventory, no back-order set but still showing product buy button on some browsers.

    Oddly enough if you log into the wordpress back-end on the browser, refresh the e-store it will show the correct inventory amount. But ONLY when you log into wordpress back-end. Otherwise the incorrect inventory number appears.

    ** For Reference.. the link May 7,8,9 course has 0 inventory in the admin panel, but is showing 4 on website.

    Okay, this can be an issue with the browser cache or your site cache.

    If you have a caching plugin activated or have server-side cached enabled then try after clearing them. Also, make sure your browser cache is not showing old data on the site. You can clear the browser cache following this guideline.

    I can see that the mentioned course has been sold out so I believe your site is working properly.
