0 hits in WP statistics pageviews

  • Hi, i am using this plugin with the litespeed cache plugin and i have selected the setting inside wp-statistics which said that i am using a cache plugin.
    But still my pageviews are all 0 and does not count.

    However, if I click on Stats, I can see the number of Hits directly inside wordpress admin

    Hi,

    Make a test in private browsing and make sure the problem is not for any cache plugins.

    Don’t forget to check your error_log as well.

    We have and can only use the litespeed cache plugin and unfortunately it seems wp-statistics does not work with it.
    After disabling the option inside wp-statistics which said “i am using a cache plugin” the pageviews work again, but then all stats are not accurate anymore (online users,visitors…)
