0 Files Uploaded

  • When I upload using NextGEN the images show upload progress but then the app says “0 images uploaded.” I looked in the forums and found nothing that would help.

    So, I used ftp to upload my images into the gallery folder wp-content/gallery, etc., where I found the gallery folder I was working with. The pics uploaded, and, using NextGEN, I scanned the folder for new pics and found all my uploaded pics in the gallery!

    I did not resize them. Is there a size/format condition?

    The little thumbnail slideshow seems to work but when I click the “run slideshow” link I’ve installed in the gallery it fails and gives the “website can not be found” message. I also get the page not found error when I try to change to page 2 in the gallery.

    I’m using the latest version of WordPress on an I7 Windows 8.1 64 bit computer.

    I tried resetting the options suggested in another post but that did not solve my problem.

    My son, much more adept at this than I, thinks it may be a permission problem. Perhaps . . . I’m at a loss. ??
