Hi, on my website https://www.vakantiehuisbrummel.nl your plugin has always worked smoothly. Now I am in the proces of moving the website to another provider. It still runs on the previous server (so it’s not really migrated yet), but I am able to test it on the new server on my laptop. The provisional migration seems successful, except the Booking Calender. The calender itself is visible (including reservations made), as well as the fields to provide info about a booking, but when the button “send” is pressed, the pop up window ‘0 Error’ appears.

I have studied your FAQ for this problem. The “WordPress Address” and “Site Address” both refer to https address. No error in the error log file at the server. Moreover, all other plugins are the same as at the previous provider.

As the site has not actually been migrated, there is no SSL protocol installed yet. Therefore before entering the website there are therefore warnings that the site is unsafe. Could this be the cause of the 0 Error message? Then it would disappear after actual migration. Or could there be another explanation?

    Thanks! Michiel

    Hello.

    1) Please recheck for any cache plugins, like “WP Super Cache”, “WP Fastest Cache” or “W3 Total Cache”. If you are using someone, please deactivate it or add the exception to the page with booking form for do not cache this page(s).

    2) Also please recheck your error.log in your server configuration, about any relative errors. If you can not find error.log file, please contact support of your hosting company about helping in finding this file.

    Hi,
    Thanks for the quick reply!

    1) I used to have WP Rocket, but I disabled it in the transfer. So right now no cache plugin
    2) no error in the log

    Hello.

Probably, its because of conflict with some other plugin or actual theme.
Please try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu and make testing after each plugin deactivation.
If its not help, please deactivate all your plugins and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again.
We just need to find the reason of this issue.
