0.9.97.3 breaks excerpts and disables comments by default

    Hi, updating to AMP 0.9.97.3 caused an issue where the Excerpt was being removed when I opened any post in the editor. Also, AMP plugin unticked “allow comments” on any post I opened in the editor. Reverting to 0.9.97.2 resolved the issue.

    Does anyone know if version 0.9.97.4 fixes this issue?

    Didn’t fix it for me, de-activated.

    @scr00chy issue still exists in v0.9.97.4

    Nope, I take it back. This particular issue is fixed, but it introduced new issue, similar to one that used to happen in an older version.

    Basically, when I edit a post, it inserts a wrong permalink address from an older post (specifically, the first post of the same category, I think) and also changes the post author to the one from the permalink (which is a completely different post than the one I’m trying to edit, mind you).

    Back to 0.9.97.2 it is…

    excerpts, permalinks and post settings (tagDiv Newspaper Theme) breaked.
    Back to 0.9.97.2 too.

    @scr00chy Same problem here. After updating to Version 0.9.97.5, When I create a new post, it is showing the permalink and title of an old post from 2013.

    With regards to your query, could you let me know what is the exact issue you are facing with Excerpts, Permalinks and Post Settings so that I can help you out?

    are the same problems that scr00chy is facing. I can not edit the permalinks of new posts, because it returns the permalink of a very old post, as well as the exceperts, besides not saving the settings of the theme made in single posts.
