    Yoast SEO sitemap doesn’t function when the minify is enabled (even if its excluded in the minify settings)

    +1 and return wrong mime type when cached (text/html)

    To solve the Yoast SEO issue go into the minify settings and add the following under the never minify settings

    sitemap(_index)?\.xml(\.gz)?
    ([a-z0-9_\-]+)?sitemap\.xsl
    [a-z0-9_\-]+-sitemap([0-9]+)?\.xml(\.gz)?
