$0.00 price with strikethrough on variable products

I’m using the WooCommerce demo dataset for testing and I’m getting a $0.00 price with a strikethrough next to the regular price for variable products on the category archive page (shop page) as well as the product page whenever your plugin is activated. This is without any active rules.

The product that I see this on is the “Ship Your Idea” T-shirt.

When I deactivate Advanced Dynamic Pricing for WooCommerce the zero dollar price goes away.

I’m using v1.4.2 of your plugin (although I also tried the developer version as you recommended in another thread), WooCommerce v3.4.3 and WordPress v4.9.6. I’m using the Storefront theme v2.3.2.
