0 0 0 ? Added to Article Excerpt

Whenever I embed a YouTube video in one of my articles (using Advanced Reactive Video Embedder) it works just fine when you are on the article page itself or search articles by tags or category, but when viewing the page containing all articles of this category, the excerpt for the article shows 0 0 0 ? after the excerpt’s text. When no text is entered for the excerpt, it just shows 0 0 0 ?.

I should add that these characters are added to the Featured Image section in the page source :
