    Thanks for reaching out about the issue seen with the store Checkout page. I see that the payment module isn’t loading properly. I see that the site is using SSL, which is great, but I also see that the Force SSL setting in WooCommerce is not set. Please navigate to WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced tab and see if you can check the “Force SSL” option for the site. More information on this can be found in our documentation.

    I apologize for not adding the link to the Stripe Documentation in my last message. You can find that here:

    As for the SSL setting, if it does not show on the “Advanced” tab of your store settings then it is already activated. I do not have that setting in my test site either so we will need to look elsewhere for issues. Can you share any error logs that may be shown in the store? You can find this at the WooCommerce → Status → Logs tab. On that page are a drop-down menu and a “View” button. Please select any logs that are recent and show any error messages like, “Critical”, “Error”, or “Fatal”.

    You should also test if changing the “Add to cart” behavior provides any clue into this as well:

    Please take a look at these configurations and let me know of any discrepancies with our documentation or errors found in the logs.

    Thanks for getting back to me on this issue. I see you have added a second Stripe gateway to the site. This will cause conflicts with the site’s payment system. In most cases what I see happen in situations like this is that one Stripe plugin will submit the payment request and the other one will grab the reply from Stripe about the payment. When this happens the sending Stripe plugin is left waiting for a reply and the other one has a reply it doesn’t know what to do with, so it ignores it. Please choose one of the plugins or the other but please only have one active.

    If you would like to get help in our forums on “Stripe for WooCommerce” extension you will need to contact their support team from here:

    I am unable to provide support on that Stripe plugin since it was not developed by WooCommerce. If you would like to continue support here, please disable the Stripe plugin from “Payments Plugin” and leave the “WooCommerce Stripe Gateway” enabled. Then go the settings for that plugin and enter the Stripe credentials for your account. Once that is complete, please test again.

    This should create a log in the back end of the site. Go to the WooCommerce → Status → Logs tab and notice there are a drop-down and a “View” button. Please select the most recent log for Stripe, click the “View” button to load it, then copy that log to your device clipboard. Then please paste that log into a reply to this forum. Once I have that log, I should be able to see more about what is occurring in this case.

    Thank you for providing that video, it was nice to see a video on this. The issue may be related to the theme or one of the other active plugins on the site. The next step in this would be to conduct a Conflict Test. You can learn more about how to conduct this test in the WooCommerce.com Documentation:

    The basic steps of this test are to temporarily disable all plugins except WooCommerce. Also, temporarily switch to a default theme like Storefront (https://woocommerce.com/storefront/). Once those steps are completed clear the browser cache as you did in the video and test for the payment issue again.

    I am seeing the exact same issue when I look as well. The test I have recommended will tell us if we need to look at the theme, a plugin, or the site and server it is on. Please let me know how this works out and we’ll continue.
